Naoli comes from Chinese word 脑力 which means Intelligence, or Mental Power. Our core existence lies on providing creative, powerful and intuitive marketing solutions to the clients. Blended with the knowledge of both, Chinese culture and an ever-changing technology platforms within China, we have what it takes to build and strengthen your brand within China.

Samantha Wang

Co-founder / CEO

A Nanjing-native with passion and experience in both tourism and digital marketing, Samantha or Sam as she likes to be called, provides a great deal of expertise to our team. She has an Economics degree from Nanjing Tech University and she previously worked as the General Manager at a Digital Marketing company and Synotrip in China. 

Sam likes to travel, and now she has a life goal to travel to all countries in the world. So far, she’s been to Tanzania, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines and other Asian countries.

Abraham H. Mkamba

Co-founder / Business Director

Born and raised in Tanzania, Abraham who moved to China in 2012, a year after he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. Fluent in Mandarin, he has a deep understanding of the Chinese culture and its people. 

Abraham role's in seeking new opportunities, partners and making sure we are moving with tides of trends both technologically and socially so as to provide solutions that better fit our clients needs.


Mandy Chen

Social Media Manager

Shanghaier, charming and an expert in Chinese social media platforms, Mandy knows best when it comes to what can a brand do best so as to reach, engage and win hearts of Chinese social media users. She brings her 7 years expertise by providing great social media content and how to target different demographics of different platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Youku, Ctrip, Qunar, Tuniu, and Mafengwo

She has traveled to United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau and still counting. 


Matt Dong

Web Developer and Web Localization

When it comes to developing well localized Chinese websites, Matt is our guy. He has set of skills that will ensure effective search results from Baidu and other Chinese search engines. Matt himself has mostly traveled to South-East Asian countries like Vietnam and Cambodia.
